CHS Ambassador addresses mental health in teens

Mental health is an important piece of the puzzle that is teenage life. Luckily, there are leaders of tomorrow focusing on how to help others address and manage mental health.

Breona Pizzuta, a senior at Cranford High School, recently received her Gold Award for creating a program that helped address mental health for teenagers at school, helping her peers build coping mechanisms and resilience.
